Server Offline for Reboot / Investigation

Running into some odd issues this morning and checking them out.

Update 1019: Server is back online. We’re still investigating why the root partition is full. This has cPanel offline. We apologize for the inconvenience. We continue to work the problem.

Update 1038: The investigation is complete and full access is restored.

10:33am CDT: back up…not sure why we were down yet.

11:43am CDT: ThePlanet.com was experiencing some routing issues that caused the downtime.

Datacenter Downtime

Hey, a number of you on Twitter seemed to wonder if the server was down; also, The Planet indicated that they had a network outage around the same time. Both seem to have resolved, and I’m just gonna figure that the two are connected. Sorry about the downtime!
